At Chadwick’s Salon, customer service and satisfaction is our priority. We offer a skilled, trained, friendly staff to meet your needs. Our clients come first - we want all those who patronize our salon to be happy and satisfied when they leave. We also offer handicap accessibility for all services.
Salon Policies Products: Any purchase of products that you are not satisfied with may be returned within 30 days and must be at least half full. A product may be exchanged for equal value of purchase. If another product is not acceptable for exchange, a salon credit for that amount will be given. NO CASH REFUNDS - A fee of $37.00 will be charged on all returned checks.
Services: If you are not satisfied with the work performed, Chadwick’s will recommend the person who performed the service to re-do the service to meet your needs. If you choose not to return to that person, Chadwick’s will then place another staff member to correct the issue in order to achieve satisfaction. If satisfaction can not be reached, a salon credit of the service will be given. NO CASH REFUNDS
Cancellation: Chadwick’s Salon requires a 72 hour cancellation notice to avoid full price charge of services booked. Wedding parties and multiple services or appointments booked require a deposit by credit card or cash at time of booking.
Late for Appointment: Since all of our salon technicians work within a schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. After a 10 minute tardiness, it will be up to the technician’s discretion to provide the service.
